What is Oxygen CRM?
Oxygen CRM is built directly into your Office 365 and SharePoint Online platform and is fully integrated with your email. Unique to Oxygen CRM is our internal and automated document management solution. Create a new contact or opportunity, and Oxygen builds and links related document libraries. Users can also navigate and interact with Oxygen through your Office 365 Portal (built-in) or through the exceptionally simple Outlook plugin or mobile app.
Organizational tools and programs target the SMB market segment.
How should you install the software? This software is web-based and can run on the cloud, but does not have a version that can be installed on personal computers and mobile phones.
How is software training? This software is taught to users through online education services. The user can also learn more about how to work with the software by studying the educational documents together with the software and participating in educational webinars.
